Isobel Creed has worked as a literary agent at Jonathan Clowes Ltd., London. The agency's clients include Len Deighton, Doris Lessing, David Nobbs and the Estates of Kingsley Amis and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. After moving to Cork she worked at Mercier Press as an editor before setting up the Writers' Consultancy. Her experience of the publishing industry from an agent's and publisher's point of view and from both the UK and Ireland give her a unique perspective on the industry and a broad range of contacts.
